Very interesting lecture by Johannes Kopf on the use of AI in job search last Friday at this year's social law conference of the Hans Schmitz Society in Krems (thanks to Wolfgang Mazal and Christoph Wolf for the great organization, not only because of the Kalmuck ...😉).
The use of artificial intelligence in the job search leads to better objectification of placement opportunities. For all employment lawyers, it is also a useful tool for a more reliable assessment of the significant impairment of interests in the event of a challenge to dismissal. This makes it much easier to critically examine expert opinions.
