Mag. Michaela Gerlach, LL.M
After passing the bar exam in 2000, Michaela Gerlach devoted her legal practice to the Austrian freeways and public procurement law for almost nine years. Realizing, however, that the only satisfying work is as a legal representative, she returned to the legal profession in September 2009 and has been a partner at GERLACH Rechtsanwälte since May 2011. The in every respect outstanding importance of family-run businesses in Austria prompted her to complete the postgraduate course Family Business and Wealth Planning in autumn 2020, which she completed in early summer 2022.
